
1. RENT
- Shop stalls are first come, first served.
- There is a 72 hour “grace period” after rent expires. After that, items will be returned and the meter reset.
- There are no refunds on rental payments.
2. PRIMS
- The allotted prims for each stall is noted in the rent meter.
- Availability and allowance of additional prims are not guaranteed but may be requested from a manager.
- Prim overages will result in steps being taken to resolve the issue. Possibly including:

Increase of prim allotment and rental price.

Return of items until within limits.

Termination of rental.
3. NO CHILDREN'S ITEMS. Please see the GENERAL RULES - Rule #1.
4. YOU MAY NOT SELL ANYTHING THAT IS AGAINST THE LINDEN LABS RULES.
NOTE:
The Rockford region is home to the roleplay community, Sparrow Song.
If for some reason, your customers end up on the docks at ground level, there is a sign and teleporter available to get them back to the 5th Floor. If you require a sign/teleporter specifically for your store, please speak with management.
